Fire Genasi barbarian. This kid is a Hot Mess (literally ahaha)
Wears light, desert coloured clothing and light leather armour, and also a keffiyeh (enchanted by his mother to not, you know, burn upon contact with his hair) so that he doesn't accidentally set things on fire with his hair while travelling. He's had bad interactions with humans so he pretends he doesn't speak common in order to avoid having to talk to them at all - despite being the most linguistically talented in the entire party. He plays the dulcimer! Names every one of his weapons, and none of them are good names. He's cocky - perhaps, ah, undeservedly so, but he's incredibly loyal and also makes friends with his enemies in battle. (He will still kill them if pressed, but he'll feel bad about it and honour their last request.)

Naga 'Path of the Fin' Barbarian. the Anxious Mess.
This very good, anxious boy is 18 feet long! But when he stands up right like a human, he's about five foot one (and a half). His skin is light purple on his arms and down his back and sides, and variegated green and gold on his underside and around his hood. He has purple eyes and red markings around his eyes and across his upper arms. He wears a cape for warmth and a belt. Escaped a circus with a ridiculous amount of violence (and a friend!! who he has since outsourced all his decision making to. who can you trust if not your tiny mousefolk friend, you know?) Since escape, he has been an Anxious Mess (TM) but does his best to hide it (his best is not very good.) Always on the look out for food - squirrels, eggs, mimics, a flaming skull that one time.

Human rogue. Honestly they're straight up the little meow meow of my characters. pathetic. wet kitten in a box.
Named Wallet cause that was the first thing they ever stole! Was supposed to be edgy - a dangerous feral street kid that everyone kept at arms length, actually playing them turned Wallet into the unofficial town mascot/pet?? The general store owner leaves small things out for them to 'steal' for enrichment. Will make friends with anything and anyone, has 0 social etiquette - sometimes endearing, sometimes highly grating. Long bright red hair with a side shave, dressed in ill-fitting clothes, constantly looks a little manic; constantly is a little (to a lot) manic. Favoured weapon is a switchblade. Never strikes first despite being a rogue, due to Trauma from that one time they accidentally killed a child :')
