Love their interactions, Shinji's ridiculous grin, the teasing, the eventual trust. The realisation that the world is even more fucked up than previously thought.

Kurosaki Ichigo/Madarame Ikkaku
Ikkaku in the human world was great. Him loitering outside Ichigo's high school. Him in the kendo club??? Excellent vibes. The casual friendship between the two of them, how they seem perfectly willing to just... coexist. Hard to put this one into words tbh, sry.

Abarai Renji/Kurosaki Ichigo
That tag which is something like 'avoiding the realisation that platonic sex tutoring is not platonic (or tutoring)'.  Battle couple? They're friends! I am still angry at everyone for leaving Ichigo alone while depowered! I don't know what to do with that combination of feelings.

Grimmjow Jagerjaques/Kurosaki Ichigo
Enemies to lovers, ultra antagonistic edition. Hmm. Maybe Grimmjow should swoop in during the time Ichigo's depowered. Hmmmm. Anyway, love how much of a raging dick Grimmjow is and how well Ichigo handles it.

It's the loyalty kink for me, bud. It's the way Michael was immediately ride or die for Harp. How Harp gave up the opportunity to kill the man who'd killed his family to save Michael. Achilles/Zagreus
The way Achilles turned Zag down. Longing and heartache and knowing that you'll never be first for someone but wanting it anyway. Zagreus willing to take what he can get and Achilles keeping his heart to himself, his feelings to himself, for all that he does love Zagreus too.

Patroclus/Zagreus
All I'm saying is, how delightful would it be, for Zagreus to spend longer not knowing that Patroclus was Achilles' Patroclus. Zagreus, having just been turned down by Achilles, spilling his woe to his new shade friend (who he's also quite growing to like) and something comes from that. I like to think Zagreus makes Patroclus smile.

Sai/Uzumaki Naruto
Sai deserves 100% good things. (So does Naruto tbh.) I love Sai doing his best to learn how people work and, in turn, learning how his emotions work. Mission fic, tutoring, anything where they have to spend a long time together! Team trust building exercises! The 'heart grows 3 sizes' moment for Sai when he realises he is safe and wanted with team 7, with Naruto, and that he's not just a replacement for Sasuke

Hyuuga Neji/Uzumaki Naruto
I have shipped this since they had their chūnin exam fight lmao. Fate v self determination is my exact jam. I think they could balance each other out real well!! No thoughts, just a decade+ need.

Senju Tobirama/Uchiha Madara
Think of the ANGST. pre or post Izuna's death, it's exquisite. Oh. OH MAN. What if together pre- Izuna's death and Tobirama, logical and cold, ...hesitates. The opportunity to kill Izuna is there and there's a moment, a brief moment, where he hesitates because it's Madara's last brother. But any moment is a moment too long for a ninja, especially an Uchiha, and Tobirama gets gutted instead. Or maybe they just hate fuck for years

One-Punch Man

The otp of opm. Adorable. Devoted. Genos can never forget that Saitama said that one time he didn't like dudes and Saitama definitely forgot it half a second after he said it. Battle couple! Kind of!

Mumen Rider/Saitama
I think they would have a lot of very adorable dates. I also think they would have very freaky sex. Discuss. Iirc, it's even implied that they went to school together? Long term friends to lovers!

Garou/Mumen Rider
Mumen is so nice!! Honestly the idea hero! How does Garou deal with realising that, after what he did? And, once again, I think Mumen would be an absolute freak in bed. Man's too nice. He cannot be vanilla all the way through! Mumen gentle domming Garou? Idk fam, I just think they're neat

Garou/Saitama
I have loved them from their first interaction. Would love it if Garou had actually fought Saitama during his hero hunter phase, what his reaction would have been to being beaten so easily. Can someone have an anti-disciple? I barely even know what that means, but that is what Garou would have done. I firmly believe that Garou could eventually match Saitama, given the hair falling out thing, and I think that situation would also be interesting. I don't think Saitama would ever let someone who could match him blow for blow get away from him.

Look. The ending of this made me cry honest to god real tears. I had to go talk to my housemates for an hour to decompress. Dear MX F5K author, please fix it for me. I love their banter, the care the so obviously hold for each other, the suspicion Leon always carries and his absolute willingness to do anything for D anyway. The little family they had, for a while. The way Leon can hear the animals but refuses to let himself. Did D ever know about that? Would anything have changed, if he had?

Oh man, the angst potential!!!! Shen Yuan wanting to keep his distance from Yue Qingyuan because he's not the 'real' Shen Qingqiu, only to fall in love anyway! With a Yue Qingyuan who (he thinks? or actually is??) in love with Shen Jiu not Shen Yuan!!! So much potential for hurt!!! Shen Yuan who also grew up with SJ & YQY and falls in love with Qi ge and thinks that YQY only sees him as a stand in for the out of reach SJ! Yue Qingyuan slowly realising that the SQQ he knew has changed forever and falling in love with this new version. Realising that SY & SJ are different people but loving SY anyway.

 

Original Luò Bīnghé/Shěn Yuán | Shěn Qīngqiū

Bingge deserves Shizun love and affection too!! He does! Is he smarter about things (...or SQQ dumber) and replaces Bingmei with himself? Comes to SQQ when Bingmei is gone pretending to be the softer version of himself? Does SQQ know that it's him but plays along, because, after all, Bingge was his favourite character! Or maybe he develops a genuine attachment to Bingge. SQQ getting accidentally shoved into another dimension and meeting Bingge earlier? (maybe the punishment sequence went differently??) All my thoughts for this are basically just angsty smut which is great, but also! Give Bingge happiness!!!!!

I really think LBH and YQY would vibe very well together, once they got past their whole... everything. No thoughts for this one, tbh, I just think it's a real neat possibility.
